I do not reproduce commissioned artwork for my personal financial gain. Images of artwork may be used on this website and / or promotional material.
Your comments and feedback may be used on this website as testimonials. If you do not wish your comments to be used as testimonials, please let me know when ordering your portrait.
Deposits and Cancellations - 7 Day Money Back Guarantee
I require a deposit before work begins. If you have paid a deposit and would like to cancel your order, you can do so within 7 days from the day of receipt of deposit. If cancelled within 7 days, your deposit will be returned to you in full. If you decide to cancel your order after the work on your portrait has begun, your deposit will not be refunded.
Changes to finished portrait
Finished portraits are scanned in-house and the scan is emailed to the client for approval. I can make minor revisions to the portrait if client requires at this stage.
Should the customer require alterations after receiving their portrait, they can post the portrait back within 14 days. The customer must cover shipping fees. If the customer is not happy with their portrait after alterations have been made, they can cancel their order with a cancellation fee of 50% of the total commission price. An entire order may only be cancelled once the portrait has been returned to me.
All finished artwork is carefully wrapped before posting. Prices shown on this website do not include postage and you will be notified of the full price including postage before paying a deposit.
All gift vouchers must be paid in full upon ordering. They can be redeemed by the voucher holder by contacting me on email@example.com quoting their unique voucher code in the subject line. The portrait process will be the same as for any portrait commission, starting with a portrait proof. The finished artwork is approved by the client before the portrait is sent to them.
The voucher is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is valid for one year from the 'Date Voucher is Given' filled out by the voucher buyer in their Voucher Order Form. The voucher validity date will be printed on the voucher. Gift vouchers are non refundable and any amount not redeemed within the voucher validity period will not be refunded.
Specific amount gift vouchers can be used towards any commission, art prints or art greeting cards on this site. If the amount is lower than their final price, then the voucher holder will be asked to pay the difference. If the voucher amount is lower than the commission deposit amount, then the voucher holder will be asked to pay the difference.
