I have now finished work on this large family portrait. I think it worked out pretty well and I tried my best matching the scan to the original. I scanned it in a few pieces and joined on my laptop, so some of the shading might look darker or paler than it is in reality.
The drawing is 50 x 40 cm in size (20 x 16 inches) and I used Fabriano paper. I have a mount prepared and I will post photographs of the drawing in a mount just before posting.
Next up is a lovely pet portrait of a georgeous springer spaniel called Baxter.
