Meet Nala, the beautiful bulldog whose portrait I worked on a few weeks ago. The painting is 30×30 cm in size painted with acrylics on stretched fine grain canvas. The painting was commissioned as a birthday present for Nala’s owner by his girlfriend.
The reference photograph was very detailed which is always a challenge as I strive to inject some originality into each portrait. The client was delighted with the finished painting:
