I have just finished another dog portrait. It is of a terrier called Roxy. He is such a georgeous dog, now twelve years old. The client wanted to keep some of his colouring in the picture, so we settled on a tinted pencil portrait. Below is an image of the finished portrait. It is 8″ x 10″ (20x25cm) in size and I used HB, 2B and 4B graphite pencils by Staedtler and a selection of brown and sepia coloured pencils by Faber-Castell.
The portrait will now be mounted by my framers and it will be ready for posting in a couple of days, just in time for Christmas.
