Happy New Year everybody!
2013 came around so quickly and I have already started working on a new portrait. This client has commissioned two dog portraits for her sister. The dogs are Bert and Ernie, extremely cute Norwich terriers with the most beautiful colours and face expressions. I must say it is a very nice start for the New Year 2013 as I am thoroughly enjoying drawing these portraits. Both drawings are of a smaller size 25 x 20 cm (10″ x 8″) on Fabriano paper. Below are first progress pictures of Bert’s portrait. When finished I will start on Ernie’s portrait straight away.
