I have now scanned the finished dog portraits I have been working on for the past week. Both portraits are in graphite pencil on paper and I used a combination of Staedtler and Daler Rowney artist quality pencils of 2H, HB, 2B and 4B. The portraits are 25 x 20cm (10″ x 8″) and are ready to be mounted. I will drop them off to the framers as soon as they are approved by the client and I should be ready for posting in a couple of days. I will take photos of the mounted portraits and post them here.
Below are both Bert’s and Ernie’s portraits. Next in line is a beautiful horse and jockey portrait in pencil and I have plans for an exciting new wildlife painting.
