I have started working on the pencil portrait of basset hounds Jasmine and Daisy. It is still in the sketching stage. I put down the basic shapes of both dogs and started shading their faces to establish their likeness.
This portrait is drawn with graphite pencils on Fabriano paper and is 10 x 14 inches in size (25 x 35 cm). It will be a Christmas present for the dogs’ owners and I hope they will like it when they receive it.
