Hello everybody. I know, I know, I haven’t been posting on the blog for such a long time… But I am back and very busy working on lots of new and exciting portraits. I will post all the recently finished portraits soon, but for now, this is a new one I have been working on last week…
There is much more to do on the detailing and it will be finished within a few days. It is a lovely portrait of Roxy, the beautiful retriever who has sadly passed away. Her owner has commissioned me to create a portrait of Roxy as a keepsake for herself. The portrait is painted with acrylics as usual, and is 8 x 10 inches (20 x 25cm) in size. The photos unfortunately do not show the beautiful colours on the canvas, but when the portrait is finished, I will scan it and match it to the original.
