This is a painting of a beautiful black labrador called Becasse. The portrait was commissioned as a gift for Becasse’s owner. It was a Christmas present from his daughter. The painting is 25 x 35 cm in size and painted with acrylics on canvas. I used some brighter tones in the background to compliment the dark colour of his coat.
