The painting of George was commissioned before Christmas as a keepsake for the clients. George was their pet for a long time and sadly passed away. They wanted something to remember him by and they decided to commission a pet portrait. The painting is 40 x 50 cm in size and painted with acrylics on stretched canvas. I had a couple of photos to work from and I made some adjustments. The clients wanted me to paint George with his ears up as he was always ‘close by and listening’.
The clients were delighted with the finished painting of George and sent me a lovely email:
